The Club has a formal agreement with an accredited coach Antonio De Fanis. Antonio and his assistants are the only people permitted to coach at the club. Club members are not to give the impression to casual observers that coaching sessions are taking place. Any coaching enquiries can be directed to Antonio De Fanis on 0402 554 769.

COURT USE

Court Use is governed by rules as decided by the committee. These include but are not limited to:

• Membership cards must be produced upon request.
• A one hour limit applies if others are waiting to use the courts.
• At no time is casual hitting to give the impression that a coaching session is taking place.
• Multiple amounts of tennis balls including a supply in containers are not permitted.
• Court rules and the club code of conduct are to be observed.

FACEBOOK

You can obtain news/updates on the Club’s Facebook Page. From time to time, photos of members engaged in club activities are posted. Please make sure you have indicated on the photo consent form attached to your membership form if you wish this to happen.

COURT ACCESS KEY

The key is kept in a key safe near the Sydney Crescent gate which is opened by code. This code is changed at the start of each school term. We ask that the key is returned and the dial moved off the code setting after use. Information can be obtained from contact numbers below.

HIRE OF LIGHTS

Night Tennis sessions are available to non-members at a cost of $20 and members at a cost of $10 per hour. This needs to be booked 24 hours in advance.

LEVY

A levy of $30 per annum is required on joining or renewal. This will be refunded in full upon completion of one working bee or fund raising activity.

MEMBERSHIP YEAR

The club membership is from Nov 1st till Oct 31st. Membership fees are set at the October AGM. Membership fees are pro rata. All memberships expire on Oct 31st.

TENNIS VICTORIA AFFILIATION

The Lalor Tennis Club is affiliated with Tennis Victoria. Names and addresses of members are provided to this body for the purpose of Personal Accident Liability. Further information can be found n Tennis Victoria’s Website.

VISITORS

Members are permitted to bring one visitor per session and prior to use are to pay a fee of $5 per visitor per hour. Member visitors are permitted a maximum of 4 sessions without taking out membership. After this, visitors are required to take out membership.
